Ronaldyn Manlunas, a resident whose home was severely damaged, expressed her hope for a quick relocation. She shared an emotional moment with her child amidst the destruction.
The foundation's relief efforts included food packs, bread, and water, addressing the immediate needs of those displaced. Mark Quiño from the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office emphasized the importance of providing tents and hygiene kits as well.
Aid was also extended to residents in other areas such as Barangay Población, Calabanit, and Taluya in Glan, where many have been forced to set up tents in public spaces.

As rescue and recovery efforts continue, the Bureau of Fire Protection reported that the death toll from the earthquake has risen to 53, surpassing earlier estimates.
