The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has formally disqualified the Moro Ako Party from the list of Major Regional Parliamentary Political Parties (RPPP) for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Finality in Election Rulings
This ruling comes as the Comelec en banc issued a certificate of finality, denying the party's motion for reconsideration based on Resolution No. 11220.
Its accreditation as a Major RPPP is deemed revoked, and all entitlements, privileges, and preferences granted to it are hereby withdrawn.

The Comelec's decision comes shortly before the BARMM parliamentary elections scheduled for September 14, where around 2.3 million voters will elect 80 members of parliament.
