Typhoon Kiyapo (Noul) has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility as of July 25, 2026, prompting the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) to lift all associated wind and rainfall warnings.
As of 11 AM on Saturday, Kiyapo was reported to be moving northwest at 25 kilometers per hour, approximately 465 kilometers west of Basco, Batanes. Although it is no longer a threat, the southwest monsoon, or *habagat*, continues to affect various regions.
