PAGASA Tracks 2 Low Pressure Areas as Southwest Monsoon Weakens

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring two low pressure areas outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. The southwest monsoon is showing signs of weakening, reducing potential rainfall across the country.
