- Defeated Latin America 8–3
- Overcame East Region 10–0
- Dominated Southwest 18–1
The Dreamers showcased their skill with dominant wins in the early rounds, including an impressive 18–1 victory against Southwest. Their journey, however, faced challenges, culminating in a narrow 1–0 semifinal loss to the eventual champions, the Central Region.
Despite setbacks, the team rebounded strongly, securing third place with a decisive 5-1 victory over the Europe-Africa team. This performance sparked pride across Bulacan and the Philippines as they returned home with their heads held high.
Led by provincial administrator Antonia Constantino, who served as the head of delegation, the Bulacan Dreamers are celebrated not only for their athletic prowess but also for embodying the spirit of perseverance and excellence.
