Residents of Metro Cebu can now obtain their National ID in printed form at three official sites. This initiative, facilitated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), aims to ease the process amid ongoing delays for the physical PVC card.
Where to Get Your National ID Printed
The PSA emphasizes that Filipinos can utilize the Digital National ID and the ePhilID for transactions while waiting for the physical card.
Under Republic Act No. 11055, the National ID serves as valid proof of ID transactions.

- PSA Registration Center at Gaisano Capital: 3rd Floor, Gaisano Capital South, Corner Colon Street and Leon Kilat Street, Barangay Kalubihan, Cebu City, 6000.
- Bagong Pilipinas eGov Serbisyo Hub: Lopez Jaena Street, Barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City, 6014.
- Cebu City 24/7 Services Hub: 2nd Floor, Cebu Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Barangay Lahug, Cebu City, 6000.
Applicants must make appointments for the first two locations, while the 24/7 hub accepts walk-ins. This flexibility allows residents easier access to essential services.
Additional Services and Support
The PSA is also conducting mobile registration activities across Central Visayas, allowing residents to receive their ePhilID in their municipalities.
To request an ePhilID, applicants need to provide their transaction reference number, which they receive upon registration. If lost, PSA staff can help retrieve it.
No Fees Involved
All services related to the National ID, including printing and appointment scheduling, are provided free of charge. The PSA has reiterated the importance of avoiding unauthorized fixers.
The PSA assures that both the Digital National ID and the paper-based ePhilID are recognized as valid identification for government and private transactions.
