According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Domeng boasts maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour, with gusts reaching 150 km/h. Despite its trajectory, the typhoon is not expected to make landfall in the Philippines.
The trough of Typhoon Domeng has led to scattered rain and thunderstorms in Central Luzon, Cagayan, and Isabela, raising concerns about flash floods and landslides.
