Severe Weather Advisory Issued
Shortly after, at 3:39 p.m., similar flooding was reported on NS Amoranto, making the street impassable for vehicles. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued a thunderstorm advisory earlier at 2:40 p.m. warning of heavy rain, lightning, and strong winds affecting both Quezon City and Marikina City.
Heavy to intense rainshowers are expected over Metro Manila within the next two hours.
