Tropical Depression 'Maymay' has officially exited the Luzon landmass and is now positioned over the Philippine Sea. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) confirmed the storm's movement.
As of the latest report, 'Maymay' was located approximately 150 kilometers east-northeast of Echague, Isabela, traveling east-southeast at a speed of 35 kilometers per hour (kph). The storm boasts maximum sustained winds of 45 kph, with gusts reaching up to 70 kph.

Residents in these regions can expect wind speeds ranging from 39 to 61 kph over the next 36 hours, prompting caution.
'Maymay' continues to bring heavy rainfall, particularly affecting Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, and Benguet.
The storm is anticipated to transition into a low-pressure area within hours and is expected to be located 295 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora by early Friday.
In addition to 'Maymay', a strengthened southwest monsoon is contributing to rainfall across much of Luzon, including Metro Manila.
Elsewhere in the country, conditions are generally partly cloudy to cloudy, with isolated rainshowers likely due to localized thunderstorms.
