A low pressure area (LPA) is currently impacting the Visayas and most of Southern Luzon as it approaches the Philippine landmass. As of 3 AM on June 30, 2026, the LPA was situated over the coastal waters of San Pascual, Masbate.
Potential Development into Tropical Depression
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicated that the LPA has a high likelihood of intensifying into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours. Should this occur, it will be named Henry.
Tropical cyclone wind signals would be raised immediately due to the disturbance's proximity to land.

The agency also warned of flash floods and landslides in these areas, particularly in regions experiencing moderate to heavy rainfall.

- June 30: Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz (50-100 mm)
