The National Water Resources Board (NWRB) is considering cloud-seeding operations over the Angat Watershed as water levels in Angat Dam continue to decline.
Currently, the dam, which serves as the primary source of drinking water for Metro Manila, has recorded a water elevation of 178.55 meters—1.45 meters below its minimum operating level of 180 meters.
