Anne Patricia Diaz from Tondo, Manila, and Alexie Caimoso Brooks from Iloilo City have been crowned The event saw Cleopatra Barrera of Zambales take the first runner-up position, followed by Isabella Ortega from Camarines Sur as second, Zeah Nestle Pala from Mandaluyong in third, and Luisa Benavides from Caloocan in fourth.

The inaugural edition featured a total of 21 candidates vying for the Reina Filipinas titles.

This first edition of Reina Filipinas set the stage for future competitions, showcasing 21 candidates competing for both the Reina Filipinas - Grand International and Reina Filipinas - MGI All Stars titles. Jojo Bragais, known for his footwear brand used in major pageants, spearheaded the event.
Diaz and Brooks will participate in the next MGI All Stars, following the Philippines' strong representation in the inaugural event held in May 2026.
