In a stunning performance, South Korean cyclist Min Kyeong Ho captured the individual time trial during Stage 13 of the MPTC Tour of Luzon.

The event took place along the scenic Lingayen Baywalk, where Min clocked an impressive 25:39 for the 20-kilometer course.

Min demonstrated his prowess in short-distance racing, bouncing back from a third-place finish in the previous time trial.

Just a day prior, he had dominated the Tour's longest stage, covering 223.7 kilometers from Tuguegarao to Pagudpud.

I didn’t expect to win Stage 6, but today I really expected to win, so I enjoyed this victory more,

The current yellow jersey holder, Russian Nikita Sulchenko of LCW UAE Cycle, finished second in Stage 13 with a time of 26:01, 22 seconds behind Min.

Local rider Joseph Javeniar from Excellent Noodles secured third place, clocking in at 26:09.

As the Tour approaches its final stages, Sulchenko maintains a comfortable lead in the overall classification, 3:50 ahead of his closest rival, French cyclist Antoine Huby.

Sulchenko's strong performance in Stage 13 helped him preserve his lead, as Huby finished with a time of 27:21, 1:20 slower than the Russian.

Sulchenko's teammate, Yousef Ibrahiem Alrefai from Syria, sits in third place overall, trailing Sulchenko by 5:37.

Nash Joshua Lim from MPT Drive Hub ranks fourth in the general classification, aiming for a podium finish.

On the team front, 7Eleven leads the local teams with a cumulative time of 144:25:51, while Go for Gold and Standard Insurance Philippines follow.
