South Korean cyclist Min Kyeong Ho secured another victory at the MPTC Tour of Luzon, winning Stage 13 held along Lingayen Baywalk. He achieved the fastest time in the individual time trial, finishing in 25:39.
This latest win follows his triumph in the 223.7 km Stage 6 from Tuguegarao to Pagudpud, where he also showcased his endurance. Min previously placed third in the Tour's initial individual time trial.
