Competing at Tagaytay Midlands and the Lucky 9 courses, Herrera delivered a tournament-low score of 100. This feat transformed her four-stroke deficit into a five-shot lead in the individual standings.
Her stellar play also lifted Enderun to a four-stroke advantage in the women's team competition, creating a thrilling atmosphere for the final two rounds.
Previously leading Phoebe Bucay of La Salle fell to second after scoring 109, now sitting at 210. This performance opened the door for a dramatic reshuffle in the rankings.
Stacey Chan of La Salle dropped to third with a score of 220, while Enderun's Daine Pillerin and Ateneo's Tatiana Ong are tied for fourth at 221.
In the team standings, Enderun's total score of 426 was achieved despite Danielle Lafuente’s score of 111 not contributing to the tally.
La Salle remained a contender with a total of 430, while St. Benilde and Mapua trailed with scores of 446 and 462, respectively.
Herrera attributed her success to maintaining composure during the round, despite challenging weather conditions.

Despite the shifts in individual standings, La Salle retained control in the team competition, with a two-day aggregate total of 306.
