Baste Duterte is expected to present critical records linked to Davao City's dealings with GenCorp Industries Inc. and various Jollibee branches from 2020 onward. GenCorp has been cited as a business interest in Vice President Duterte's financial disclosures.
The House prosecution panel has indicated that it might request the impeachment court to classify Baste Duterte as a hostile witness should he fail to provide the necessary cooperation.
