The Roselyn Jean Pelle Command acknowledged the killings of Jemar Mahusay, 53, on May 5, and Gerry Baitan, 53, on May 13. The group accused Baitan of being an alleged military asset.
Baitan was reportedly shot in his home while preparing dinner with his daughter. He was rushed to the Calatrava Municipal Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
Mahusay was linked to supposed illegal activities by the rebel group.
