The PSA found no birth, marriage, or death records for key individuals linked to the fund acknowledgment receipts.

Grande's testimony marks her role as the eleventh witness in a case alleging that Duterte mismanaged P612.5 million in confidential funds. This amount includes P500 million allocated to the Office of the Vice President and P112.5 million for the Department of Education.
The prosecution aims to verify the authenticity of names listed in acknowledgment receipts submitted by the OVP and DepEd. Grande previously informed the House justice committee that discrepancies were found regarding several individuals, including Mary Grace Piattos and Kokoy Villamin.
