The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) confirmed that the event is permitted to proceed today, following a request from INC for a longer duration.
By midday, traffic conditions were being managed with several northbound lanes of EDSA reopened after negotiations with rally organizers. Police have urged compliance with the terms of the permit.
