The impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte will maintain its morning schedule this week, according to Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian.
Gatchalian stated that while some senator-judges have proposed moving proceedings to the afternoon, the court will finalize any schedule changes later this week.
We need to give the parties ample time to adjust accordingly. We will keep you posted.

The trial is set to resume on Monday with the continued examination of hostile witness Gina Acosta. Acosta, who previously served as a special disbursing officer at the Office of the Vice President, will testify under direct examination by the House prosecution.
Additionally, a representative from the Philippine Statistics Authority is anticipated to present evidence regarding names on receipts, including Mary Grace Piattos, who reportedly has no records in the country.
