In light of their departures, local authorities announced temporary road closures for Saturday, May 9, to ensure smooth travel for the convoys heading to Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

Looking Ahead
The next Asean gathering is scheduled for November in Manila. All ten Asean heads of state participated, while Myanmar was represented by its Permanent Secretary of Foreign Affairs.
