Twin Lakes Tagaytay will launch its Grape Harvest Festival on May 9, welcoming guests to experience exclusive grape-picking activities. This event is a highlight of the region's cultural calendar.
The vineyard, covering nearly 1 hectare, boasts 16 terraces with 1,400 mature vines, perfectly timed for this year's harvest.
Now in its second year, the festival aims to attract around 500 attendees, an increase from last year's 300. Exclusively invited are Twin Lakes residents and hotel guests.
Celebrity guest Geoff Eigenmann will attend with his family, enjoying grape refreshers made from the vineyard’s fresh harvest upon arrival.
With baskets and pruning shears in hand, guests can harvest ripe grapes from the sustainably grown vines.
The vineyard's high elevation and cooler climate create ideal conditions for grape cultivation, allowing for a slow ripening process that enhances flavor.
Festival activities include grape stomping, where participants crush grapes barefoot to release juice for fermentation.
Guests can also enjoy a dinner buffet at the Twin Lakes Wine Gallery, featuring dishes that highlight the vineyard's grape flavors.
While the festival marks the start of the grape season, the vineyard will remain open year-round as a premier destination.
