Titled 'Dalisay at Halimuyak,' this year's event was a nod to both the spiritual and cultural essence of the Filipino Catholic tradition, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Flores de Mayo tradition first began in 1979 under the guidance of late designer Ben Farrales. This year, the event was supported by various organizations, including the City Government of Manila and the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines.
The celebration commenced at Kilometer 0 in Luneta, symbolizing its significance as the starting point for all distances in the Philippines. The procession moved to the Quirino Grandstand before returning to the hotel.

Manila City Mayor Francisco 'Isko' Moreno Domagoso and his wife Dynee served as Hermano Mayor and Hermana Mayor, leading the festivities alongside The Manila Hotel President, Jose 'Joey' Lina.
