Reina Filipinas will feature the titles Reina Filipinas Grand and Reina Filipinas Grand All Stars under its system.

The pageant, founded by Jojo Bragais, known for his exclusive shoe brand utilized in major pageants, will award three crowns during this competition. Two winners will be selected under the Reina Filipinas Grand All Stars title.
A grand reveal and sashing ceremony is scheduled for July 13, 2026, marking the official start of this highly anticipated event.
