The summit aimed to foster a sense of ownership among young people regarding their country's future. By returning to their communities with fresh ideas and connections, participants are encouraged to address local issues and initiate their own projects.
The GYS will continue as an annual event, reflecting SM’s commitment to nation-building. In addition, the upcoming ASEAN Youth Entrepreneurship Summit on October 12 will shift focus to economic empowerment, supporting the development of young entrepreneurs.
