Jaypee Sanchez, a construction worker who lost his arm in a workplace accident, has received a prosthetic limb thanks to the support from the GMA Kapuso Foundation and the LN-4 Foundation.
The accident occurred in 2022 when Jaypee was working on a site. He described the incident: "‘Yung pagpasok ko doon sa bakal, aksidente namang natumba. Na-out of balance ‘yung bakal. Nahawakan ko.”
A New Beginning After Tragedy
“Unang-una, kamay lang po ‘yung nawala sa akin hindi naman 'yung isip. Kapag mahina ang loob mo, doon ka rin mawawalan ng pag-asa. Always positive,” Jaypee said.

With the new prosthetic limb, Jaypee has been able to continue working, now taking on roles as a welder and painter, in addition to side jobs as a tricycle driver and vlogger.
His wife, Charisse Mae Musngi, expressed gratitude for the assistance, stating, "Maraming salamat po talaga sa tulong na ibinigay niyo. Talagang nagagawa niya lahat ng gusto niyang gawin ngayon.”
