The Our Lady of Antipolo statue will arrive in Davao City from August 7 to 10, 2026, for a pilgrimage event that coincides with the Kadayawan Festival.

This visit is timely for the festival’s deeper religious meaning as an offering and thanksgiving for blessings received.

- Statue to visit 10 churches, eight in Davao and two in Samal.
The statue will be welcomed with a fluvial procession, showcasing its significance within the local community. It is a part of the celebration marking its nearly 400-year history since it was first brought to the Philippines in 1626.
Rev. Fr. Morallas emphasized the importance of the statue's journey, stating that it symbolizes a prosperous connection between the Philippines and Mexico through historical galleon trade.
Davao City is one of eight port cities chosen for this pilgrimage, reflecting its historical ties to the statue, which is also known as Nuestra Señora de La Paz y Buen Viaje.
Each city involved has a dedicated replica of the Virgin Mary statue, allowing communities to engage in this significant spiritual event.
