He revealed that while he believed his bag was secure with his companions, it was the only one that went missing.
Using the tracking feature on his AirPods, he traced the bag’s location to Circuit Makati, prompting him to take action.
With assistance from local police and event marshals, Cabrera was able to recover his bag after an extensive search.
Despite the recovery, Cabrera expressed concern over missing items, including his car keys and a finisher medal from the run.
“Hindi ko maalis ang hindi mabahala sa mga bagay na pinili mong kunin,” he noted, questioning the motives behind the theft.
Cabrera plans to file a police report and request CCTV footage to further investigate the theft.
He expressed gratitude towards the police officers and event staff who assisted him during the incident.
The Sparkle Run, which attracted numerous participants, highlighted the need for increased awareness regarding personal property safety during public events.
Cabrera's recent projects include roles in popular series such as 'Slay' and 'Widows’ War', further showcasing his growing career in the entertainment industry.
