Belgian fashion designer Benjamin Bortmans has publicly accused Blackpink member Jisoo's team of delaying the return of outfits loaned for an album photo shoot. Bortmans, the founder of Judassime, stated that the garments have been unreturned for over six months.

The controversy arose when Bortmans shared his frustrations on Instagram, claiming that several valuable pieces from his collection remained with Jisoo's team despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.

Designer Voices Concerns Over Missing Outfits

In a now-deleted video, Bortmans expressed, "I sent multiple pieces for Jisoo’s album cover project six months ago. Some of them were very important archive pieces and extremely expensive."

“I never attacked Jisoo… I used her name because it was part of the shoot and everywhere in emails and documents.”

Bortmans escalated the matter by tagging Jisoo's official account in posts demanding the return of the garments. He indicated that he has prepared invoices and contracts related to the outfits for potential legal action but received little response.

On May 6, Bortmans reported that he received news suggesting the situation is being resolved, stating that arrangements would be made to retrieve the items.

Despite the controversy, Bortmans clarified that he holds no ill feelings toward Jisoo, emphasizing his admiration for her work. However, he criticized the lack of communication regarding the missing items, calling it 'terrible' to go months without a response.

As of now, Jisoo's agency has not commented on the situation.
