BDO Foundation and Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) have launched a collaborative program aimed at providing educational opportunities for financially disadvantaged students. The newly established BDO Foundation-Ateneo de Davao University Scholarship Program will offer not just financial aid but also mentorship and career development.

A Comprehensive Support System

The initiative targets students from low-income families, ensuring they have access to higher education and the necessary tools for career success. Along with scholarships, participants will receive internships and training that facilitate a smooth transition into the workforce.

Through education, we can help create opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.

Rev. Fr. Karel S. San Juan, S.J., president of ADDU, expressed optimism about the partnership's potential impact. He emphasized the importance of innovation and collaboration in the education sector.

Both organizations formalized their commitment through a memorandum of agreement that outlines the shared goals of the program. This partnership aims to empower students, enabling them to contribute to their communities and the nation at large.
