A transport network vehicle service (TNVS) driver plans to take legal action against a man who allegedly threatened him with a gun following a minor traffic incident on EDSA in Mandaluyong City.
The complainant, identified as 42-year-old Rene, reported that the confrontation occurred early Saturday morning after a sideswipe collision near the Asian Development Bank (ADB) exit.
Rene claims he was changing lanes when the other driver, who identified himself as a 59-year-old employee of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), failed to yield, leading to the incident.

After the collision, the situation escalated when the suspect allegedly brandished a firearm, prompting Rene to seek help from nearby police officers.
Police apprehended the suspect and found a 9mm gun along with his NAPOLCOM identification card.
