Four individuals were apprehended by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Orani, Bataan, during a buy-bust operation on the night of August 5, 2026.
The suspects, identified as Ric, 33; Jersy, 35; Jay, 41; and Teng, 43, were found with shabu valued at P106,000.
The operation, which involved collaboration between the PDEA Bataan Provincial Office and the Orani Municipal Police Station, also uncovered various drug paraphernalia and marked money.
Legal Proceedings Underway
The arrested suspects will be held at the PDEA Region 3 Detention Facility in San Fernando, Pampanga, as charges are being prepared against them for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The confiscated drugs will undergo forensic examination at the PDEA regional laboratory to support the ongoing investigation.
