Eligible members of the Social Security System (SSS) in the Philippines will receive financial support of up to P8,000 starting October 30, 2026. This assistance is part of the expanded UPLIFT program, coordinated with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Details of the UPLIFT Financial Aid
Those who have already received the first two tranches totaling P4,000 will receive an additional P4,000 for the third and fourth tranches.

The UPLIFT, which stands for Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food and Transport, will be distributed in four tranches of P2,000 each. This aid is specifically for SSS members whose monthly salary credit (MSC) does not exceed P10,000.
- Members must have paid at least one SSS contribution in 2025 or 2026.
- They must be listed in the PSA's 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System database.
- Registration of disbursement accounts through the SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module is required.
Members are advised to check their My.SSS accounts for official notifications about their eligibility. Notably, those with an MSC of up to P20,000 are also set to receive the third and fourth tranches of UPLIFT Assistance, totaling P4,000, on November 6, 2026.
The SSS emphasizes that having an MSC below P10,000 does not guarantee eligibility for the UPLIFT Assistance. Comprehensive checks will determine who qualifies.
