Cagayan de Oro City residents can now easily apply for postal identification and utilize various postal services thanks to the Philippine Postal Corporation's (PHLPost) participation in the Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations’ (GOCCs) Service Caravan. This event takes place on June 29 and 30 at SM CDO Downtown Mall.

The postal ID application costs P550, which includes taxes and delivery charges. Applicants must submit a completed application form along with proof of identity and address.
