The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), commonly known as Pag-IBIG, has joined forces with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) to launch a project that will yield over 7,000 affordable homes in Tarlac.
Commitment to Affordable Housing
In line with President Marcos Jr.'s directive, we continue to engage with our stakeholders to further accelerate the delivery of safe, decent, and affordable homes to our countrymen under the Expanded 4PH program.

- More than 7,000 homes will be built in Tarlac province.
- The project is part of the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.
During a site inspection, Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta and DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling toured Kaia Homes, a 49-hectare development located in Barangay Armenia, Tarlac City. This initiative is a significant step in providing decent housing for Filipino families.
Kaia Homes will feature Naya units designed for family living, with each unit offering two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living area, all within a lot area of 30 to 41 square meters.
The project also aims to foster a community environment by including amenities such as a playground and multipurpose court, designed to cater to the recreational needs of residents.
This partnership aligns with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s commitment to accelerate housing production and enhance collaborations with private developers, a strategy seen as essential for addressing the country’s housing crisis.
