The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has inaugurated a new lounge dedicated to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) at Mactan-Cebu International Airport. This facility is a significant addition to the services available for OFWs in the region.
A First for the Region
Kauna-unahan po ito sa mga kababayan natin sa Cebu at sa Visayas. At maganda pong opportunity ito para ma-extend ‘yung services ng OWWA, ng DMW, ng pamahalaan, para sa ating mga kababayan.

Located in Cebu, the lounge is the third international facility managed by OWWA, following lounges at NAIA Terminals 1 and 3. This expansion reflects the government's commitment to support OFWs.
