Monde Nissin Corp. has posted an impressive net income of P3.3 billion for the first quarter of 2026, marking a 34.1% increase compared to the same period last year.

The surge in profits was fueled by higher gross margins, favorable foreign exchange rates, and a notable non-cash fair value gain.

In a recent disclosure, the company revealed that its consolidated revenue rose by 9.1% to P22.8 billion.

Sales Growth Across Categories

The Asia-Pacific segment for branded food and beverages contributed significantly, with sales increasing by 8.6% to P19.1 billion.

Additionally, Quorn Foods, Monde Nissin's meat alternative brand, reported an 11.7% revenue growth and a substantial 54.4% increase in gross profit.

Despite a strong start to the year, we remain mindful of ongoing uncertainties and inflationary headwinds. We will continue to manage the business prudently, while remaining sensitive to our consumers when price adjustments are necessary.

Henry Soesanto, CEO

The results highlight Monde Nissin's resilience in navigating a challenging economic landscape. The company's focus on core operations and strategic pricing adjustments appear to have paid off.

As the food and beverage sector continues to face inflationary pressures, Monde Nissin's proactive approach may serve as a model for other companies in the industry.
