Manny Pay, a digital wallet endorsed by ex-Senator Manny Pacquiao, is set to shut down on November 10, 2026. Users will have their unspent balances moved to Traxion Pay Inc.
Transition Details and User Impact
In an advisory, the platform urged users to either spend or withdraw their funds before the closure date. After November 10, any remaining balance will automatically convert to a Traxion Pay account.
All customer data transferred during the handover will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Manny Pay Advisory
- Manny Pay launched on Nov. 1, 2025.
- The wallet amassed over 500,000 downloads on Google Play.
- The firm aims to maintain customer support until the closure.
Beginning November 11, Traxion Pay will handle all customer service inquiries, including transaction-related concerns. Users interested in future products under the Manny Pay brand must register separately once new services become available.
Manny Pay is operated by 7th Pillar Integrated System Corp., a company chaired by Pacquiao. The wallet received its Operator of Payment System registration from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas earlier this year.
Initially, the service aimed for 100,000 users by the end of 2025 but achieved over 500,000 app downloads. However, no figures have been disclosed regarding active accounts or transaction volumes.
Interestingly, social media posts from October 12 hinted at a potential successor project dubbed 'Manny Pay 2.0'. Details about its launch or features remain undisclosed.
