Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has announced the appointment of Jose Franco B. Soberano as president and chief executive officer. This leadership transition follows the decision of his father, Jose R. Soberano III, the company's founder, to step down from the role.

The transition was formalized at CLI's annual stockholders’ meeting held recently. Jose Franco, who previously held the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been instrumental in expanding the company’s project portfolio.

Additionally, Leonardo “Jun” D. Cuaresma, Jr. has been appointed as an independent director, replacing Ma. Aurora “Boots” D. Geotina-Garcia.
In 2025, CLI reported record reservation sales of P24.6 billion, marking a 45% increase year-on-year, with consolidated revenue reaching P18.5 billion. Founded in 2003, CLI has established itself as a leading regional developer in the Philippines.
