The defense chief requested that China demonstrate 'basic decency' in its interactions, particularly in a setting meant for collaborative discussions on security matters.
In a video shared on Facebook, Teodoro identified the individual who delivered the note as a Chinese delegate, highlighting the direct nature of the interaction.
Earlier in the forum, Teodoro advocated for a cooperative security framework across Asia, emphasizing the importance of solidarity among nations in addressing regional challenges.
