As a principal author, he noted that the bill ensures that development benefits communities and protects the interests of farmers and future generations.
Romualdez's presence in the plenary comes amidst ongoing issues, including the recent arrest of social media personality Franco Mabanta for alleged extortion involving Romualdez.
