Adrian Jiggs “Invy” Reyes and the Paper Rex (PRX) team have earned their places in the VCT Masters in London following a hard-fought victory against T1, winning 2-1 in the Lower Bracket Semifinals held at Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center on May 16, 2026.
A Filipino Showcase at Masters London
With this win, Invy joins fellow Filipino players Xavier “xavi8k” Juan and Patrick “PatMen” Mendoza from Global Esports (GE) as they prepare for the international stage.

The path to this qualification was challenging for PRX. In the earlier rounds, GE fell short against Thailand's Full Sense (FS), losing 0-2 and landing in the Lower Bracket.
The first map between GE and FS showcased a competitive spirit, with GE initially leading 11-9 on Split before FS rallied to win 13-11. FS continued their momentum, securing a 13-8 victory in the second map, Breeze.
Meanwhile, PRX's match against T1 was a rollercoaster. They dominated the first map, Split, with a 13-9 score, despite T1's efforts to recover. T1 managed to take Ascent, but PRX sealed their victory on Breeze with a strong second-half performance.
As the esports scene grows in the Philippines, the qualification of three Filipino players for the Masters highlights the country's rising prominence in competitive gaming. The upcoming Lower Bracket Final against GE on May 17 will be a test of their skills and determination.
