The City of Talisay Traffic Operations and Development Authority (CT-TODA) is advocating for the permanent revocation of a motorcyclist's driver's license following a recent road accident. This comes after the rider's initial fame for performing dangerous stunts on the Tabunok flyover.
Repeat Offender Faces Consequences
Bisan gisuspenso na ang iyang lisensya sa LTO, ang CT-TODA mirekomendar nga ipa REVOKE ang lisensya.
Joy Tumulak, CT-TODA Chief
The controversial motorcyclist was involved in a rear-end collision with a Suzuki van on May 31 near Barangay Lawaan II. Following this incident, CT-TODA seized his motorcycle as part of their enforcement measures.
Previously, the motorcyclist was identified after a viral video showcasing his stunts in April. Following public outcry, CT-TODA had reported him to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), which subsequently suspended his license.
Despite the suspension, CT-TODA reports that he continued to operate his motorcycle. Tumulak emphasized the need for strict action, citing the rider's disregard for traffic laws as a factor in the recent crash.
In a formal letter to LTO-7 Director Wendel Dinglasa, Tumulak detailed the motorcyclist's repeated reckless behavior and requested that his license be revoked permanently.
