Cahero Heritage has introduced three innovative security tokens—EMRL.D, RUBY.D, and SPHR.D—anchored to an impressive total of $7,046,779,893.23 in appraised, vaulted gemstones. This launch marks a significant evolution in the digital assets market, offering a stable alternative to traditional cryptocurrencies.

A New Era for Digital Assets

Digital assets have traded on sentiment alone, and the swing in pricing is what has kept institutions out. We anchor a token to real, appraised physical gemstone reserves, so its value starts with evidence, not mood.

Alfonso Cahero, Chairman and Founder of Cahero Heritage
  • EMRL.D is linked to The First Light, a collection of emeralds.
  • RUBY.D is backed by The Deep Fire, a collection of rubies.
  • SPHR.D corresponds to The Still Water, a collection of sapphires.

Each token is issued through separate Delaware companies—Cahero Nytra Holding LLC for EMRL.D, Cahero Korva Holding LLC for RUBY.D, and Cahero Tryon Holding LLC for SPHR.D. Unlike typical cryptocurrencies, these tokens are backed by tangible assets, with each collection independently verified and held in secure vaults.

The tokens are minted as ERC-20 contracts on the Polygon blockchain, ensuring they are accessible on various platforms without the need for custom technology. This approach is expected to attract both individual and institutional investors, as the assets are publicly recorded and easily transferable.

Cahero Heritage's endeavor aligns with a growing trend in tokenization, which McKinsey estimates could reach a market value of $2 trillion by 2030. Tokenized real-world assets, including precious metals and real estate, are gaining traction as viable investment options.

The independent appraisal of the gemstone collections ensures transparency. For instance, the emerald collection linked to EMRL.D is valued at $2,456,626,442.66, while the rubies and sapphires are valued at $2,345,836,133.44 and $2,244,317,317.13, respectively.

Cahero emphasizes that this offering is built within U.S. securities law, providing a solid regulatory framework. "These are institutional-grade renditions of an alternative asset that the mainstream investment market has not yet explored," he stated.
